Practice Areas
Doreen Devasia is a Law Clerk* at Picard Kentz & Rowe. Since joining the firm in 2018, Doreen has worked on antidumping and countervailing duty matters, contract disputes, and other trade relief and enforcement projects. She supports the close-knit team at PKR by researching legal and industry-specific issues, investigating new subsidy programs, and drafting and preparing submissions. By working alongside the firm’s attorneys, Doreen has gained experience in international trade litigation and advocating for domestic industries. She approaches her work with a detail-oriented and thoughtful perspective.
Doreen earned her B.A. in Art History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at American University Washington College of Law as an evening student and devotes her free time to yoga, ceramics, and baking.
