Colin Milner

Colin Milner is a Senior International Trade & Policy Analyst* with Picard Kentz & Rowe with experience in both antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the Department of Commerce. Prior to joining PKR, Colin worked as a technical and legal translator and as a project manager with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Department of State, and the FBI’s National Virtual Translation Center. He has also worked in government relations and advocacy, with experience promoting client needs before Congressional offices and Committees, as well as various federal agencies. He holds an M.A. from Georgetown University, where he taught courses on international law, energy policy, and political decision-making. He also holds a B.A. from American University in International Studies. Colin is proficient in German and French.
