Caitlyn Quinn

Associate

Caitlyn Quinn is an Associate at Picard Kentz & Rowe LLP where she works on trade remedy matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, and other government agencies.

Prior to joining PKR as an Associate, Caitlyn worked at the firm as a Summer Associate.  She also gained experience in international trade and rule of law matters through positions at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance (CC-TEC), the National Center for State Courts’ International Programs Division, and the Colorado Department of Law.  Caitlyn has additionally interned with the 19th Judicial District Court of Colorado, the Colorado State Legislature, and a Denver-based law firm.

Caitlyn graduated magna cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law, where she focused on international trade and public international law.  Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif for her academic achievements.  During law school, she served as a Senior Staffer on the American University International Law Review, participated in the Lawyering Peace Program as a Senior Legal Research Associate, and earned multiple academic honors, including CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® for Advanced International Law & Peace Negotiations and Advanced Cybersecurity Law.  Caitlyn also published her Comment Sticker Shock: The ICJ, Russia, and a $300 Billion Price Tag for War in the National Security Law Brief.

A native of Colorado, Caitlyn earned her B.A. in Socio-Legal Studies and International Studies, cum laude, from the University of Denver.
