Adam H. Gordon, a seasoned international trade and customs attorney, today joins Picard Kentz & Rowe as a partner. He brings two decades of experience litigating and representing clients before federal agencies and reviewing courts. His accomplishments include antidumping duty orders that protect the domestic nails industry against unfairly traded imports from China and the UAE, as well as the domestic tissue and crepe paper industries against Chinese imports. Mr. Gordon’s expertise detecting and combating trade remedy order circumvention, as well as his litigation and Congressional advocacy prowess, will strengthen Picard Kentz & Rowe’s ability to offer high quality legal services and to promote strong U.S. trade laws.
“We are thrilled that Adam is now part of the firm” said PKR founding partner Andrew Kentz. “His extraordinary litigation success, particularly against import fraud from nonmarket economy countries, makes him a welcome addition to our trade team and his acuity strengthens our fledgling customs practice.” Mr. Gordon is equally pleased to be on board with a boutique firm after years at large law firms, saying: “I am excited to advance my career at PKR and look forward to working with my new colleagues.” He joins PKR at a busy time, leading an active docket at the Department of Commerce, Court of International Trade, and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
