Chinese shoe firm hopes to be first of many manufacturers in Ethiopia

Pro-nationalization protesters shut down Kyrgyzstan mine

Protesters are escalating their demonstrations at Kyrgyzstan’s Kumtor gold mine, operated by Canada-based Centerra Gold.
